Loma Linda University Behavorial Medicine Department
MVAC has been awarded the contract to install the HVAC System at the new Loma Linda University Behavorial Medicine Department located in Murrieta CA. The project will consist of installing eleven (11) water source heat pumps with associated piping and air distribution. The project is expected to begin in August 2011.

SCE RCRO - Rancho Cucamonga
MVAC was awarded the contract to install the air distribution at SCE RCRO in Rancho Cucamonga. SCE RCRO is an 80,000 sq ft Tenenant improvement project. The project includes VAV installation, air distribution and multiple server rooms requiring Liebert Split Systems. The project is expect to begin in April 2011 and concluded in November 2011.

MVAC was awarded the contract to intall the HVAC System at the new Loma Linda University Hygiene Department in Palm Desert, CA. The project will include the installation of nine (9) split systems, multiple exhaust fans and air distribtuion for all systems. The project is expect to begin June 2011.

MVAC was awarded the contract to install the HVAC System in Centinela Hospitals new Well Baby Nursery. The project is expected to begin in February 2011 and conclude in October 2011.

MVAC Awarded 3 Kohl's Department Store Contracts
Menifee Valley Air Conditioning was awarded the HVAC contract for three Kohl's Department Stores. The three stores located in Clovis, CA, Hanford, CA and Porterville, CA were formally Mervyn's. The contract includes the addition of approximately 100 Tons of air at each location along with new air distribution. The jobs are expected to begin in mid-April.

Chapman University Roosevelt Hall
Menifee Valley Air Conditioning was awarded the second phase of the Roosevelt Hall remodel at Chapman University. The contract includes ten split system heat pumps with air distribution and a Honeywell Zoning System. MVAC completed the first floor remodel in December 2009. Phase two will begin in late May.

Inland Eye Specialists - Hemet
Menifee Valley Air Conditioning Inc was awarded the HVAC Contract for Inland Eye Specialists new facility in Hemet California. The HVAC system includes nine Carrier Units, three Aaon Units with filtration for the surgery center and all associated air distribution. Construction will begin in early January 2010 with an expected completion date in April.

Patina Office & Cafe
Menifee Valley Air Conditioning was awarded the HVAC contract for Patina Offices and Cafe. Patina will now be located in the AT&T Tower downtown Los Angeles. The HVAC contract includes, installation of new equipment, air distribution and kitchen hoods for the cafe. Installation is expected to begin in early September and be complete in early 2010.
