Menifee Valley Air Conditioning Inc. is a “Traditional Service Company” specializing in the needs of commercial HVAC Service and Installation. MVAC is backed by over 20 years of experience. Our qualified Service Technicians have installed, serviced and maintained equipment in hundreds of sites throughout Southern California. We provide 24-hour service, 365 days a year and are capable of responding quickly to calls in all Southern California’s diverse terrains. We are committed to providing our clients the finest professional service available while determining the most cost effective solutions to your HVAC needs.

John Lawson-President
John graduated from the Universal Technical Institute where he majored in HVAC Systems. After graduation, he worked at Pameco Air in La Mirada, then Starr State Air in Anaheim. John had the opportunity to learn the HVAC business from the bottom up,, starting as an apprentice then making his way up to Service Manager and Estimator. With over 13 years experience, John received extensive training on all aspects of residential and commercial service and installation projects.
In 1998, he founded Menifee Valley Air Conditioning, Inc. where his vision was to provide the market with a company that offered high quality work performed by professional crews. In the 10 years since MVAC has been in business, the company has grown steadily and remains focused on their initial mission.

Mike McCarthy-CFO
After graduating from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Marketing, Mike spent 18 years working for Printpack Inc. His experience includes Account Manager to some of the largest consumer packaged goods companies in the U.S. Through his association with these companies, he obtained and learned valuable knowledge which has led him to develop a variety of systems for MVAC. These systems allow the company to provide the professional services envisioned while maintaining a competitive price in the marketplace.

Warren Gates-Sales Manager
Warren is a graduate from Cal Poly Pomona with a degree in Marketing. His 23-year career in the construction industry as a salesman has provided him with a deep understanding of the competitive environment facing Developers and General Contractors. With this insight, Warren is able to provide cost effective solutions to meet the changing market. He is committed to his customers, from sales process to completion. He will ensure projects run smoothly, are completed on time and within budget.
